• ASTM D2699 Reference Fuel Blending

Recently, Ramin' Corporation has released the second version to our Reference fuel blending system. The new model (#77-RFBS-V) boasts greater reliability and eas-of-use while reducing cost of ownership and maintenance. This new model is centeed around our own patent-pending check valve design which allows the burrettes to be filled via vacuum rather than electronic pumps of elaborate gravity-fed set-ups. This configuration lets the user control more aspects of unit placement and provides a safer environment than ever before. • ASTM D1319-02 Ramin' FIA Fitting Connectors Approved

Ramin' Corporation is proud to announce the much-anticipated approval of our easy-to-use compression fittings for ASTM D1319 testing operations. Ramin part numbers 77-1319-F and 77-1319-ST have been the concern of several users in the past for not being specifically addressed in the ASTM method. Below is a small exerpt from the latest revision of D1319:

"Commercial compression type connectors may be used to couple the bottom seperator section (which has been cut square), to the disposable 3-mm analyzer section, provided that the internal geometry is essentially similar to the aforementioned procedure and provides a smooth physical transition from the inner piec to the two glass column sections Similar commercial-type connectors may be employed at the terminal of the 3-mm analyzer section, having an integral porous support to retain hte silica gel."
